This wasn't my first choice since many people were getting the kind with the egg-carton pattern. However, the price was decent and I was desperate. Turns out it was a good decision. It works very well as my bed is now very comfy. My only grief is that I'm not sure if it really is an XL. It fit on my mattress perfectly and I think the mattress is a regular twin. If you know for sure that your bed is an XL, then don't expect this to fit very well. Also, it smelled a little at first, just that normal foam-like smell, but it went away pretty quickly. Overall, it's a good deal that gets the job done.
