I bought a $1000 pillow topper mattress 2 years ago. After a little time had past, I felt like I was sinking into it causing back & neck pain. I did my research and found this product which is a firm memory foam and perfect in every way. My wife and I love it. I sleep like a baby. If you're not sleeping throughout most of the night and you wake up in pain; your entire day sucks. A little hint if you have the same problem I had. Flip your mattress over & then put your 3" extra firm foam on there, even if it's a pillow topper. It'll feel like a new bed. Also, just a side bar...when you go to put your sheets on because it's an extra 3" added to the mattress.
